Nocturne

“Nocturne” is a song that appeared as a B-side on the Candy single back in 2001, with Tim claiming at the time that it was a hidden gem and one of his favourite tracks the band had written.

In June 2009, animator and filmmaker Nico Jones uploaded an animated music video for the track to his Vimeo account. While the video was not official, it gained significant attention among fans and eventually caught the band’s eye. They praised it for its close connection to the song, and within months it was posted on the band’s official YouTube channel. In fact, the band liked it so much that when it came to creating a video for their next single, “Return of White Rabbit”, they asked Nico to direct it, he would also later on the bands video for “Binary”.
