30 years of Ash, one night in Belfast show. With Charlie Hanlon. The set was followed by a DJ set by Mark Hamilton. Barry Peak and Boyd Lowe old schools friends of the band and members of Backwater and Lazer Gun Nun joined the band on guitar and vocals for “Silver Surfer” and “Petrol”. Nathan Connolly of Snow Patrol joined the band on guitar for “Orpheus” and “Clones”. Damian O’Neill guitarist for The Undertones joined the band on guitar and vocals for “Buzzkill” and “Teenage Kicks” while actor James Nesbitt provided vocals on the later wearing a green Northern Ireland football shirt with “Ash 30” written on the back. Similar to the 2001 UK Free All Angels tour, a snow machine was used during “There’s a Star”.
