Review

Just got home from the show and my ears are ringing like crazy. Ash put on an amazing show as always. The Crimea were kinda poor and The Bravery put on a better show than I thought they would. Apparently The Bravery had hit a patch of bad weather on the way to the show and arrived pretty late which required an even longer time for them to set up their equipment for soundcheck and everything thus pushing their start time back and pushing Ash back to an after 10:30 start.

The biggest disappointment of the night had to have been the turnout. There wasn’t that many people there to begin with and a lot of them that were there ended up leaving after The Bravery finished their set. I was kinda shocked by the poor turnout since the last show at the TLA was pretty busy. I guess several factors play in to that though. It was during the summer the last time. Also I have a feeling that the demise of Y100 may have had a part in this as well since they were gone there was no concert announcements anymore nor are there any stations even playing Ash or The Bravery at the moment. The small turnout didn’t keep Ash from putting on a great show though.
