“Free All Angels” anniversary shows

Ash will celebrate the 21st anniversary of their third album Free All Angels by playing the album in its entirety at three UK shows in September. The band will be joined by guitarist Charlotte Hatherley, who played with the Northern Irish indie-rockers from 1997-2006 and has reunited with them several times since including at a London show last year.

The list of gigs is as follows:

  • September 15 - O2 Ritz, Manchester
  • September 17 - O2 Institute, Birmingham
  • September 18 - O2 Kentish Town Forum, London

Drummer Rick McMurray said of the shows:

We’re delighted to announce that we will be commemorating the 21st anniversary of the release of our 2001 classic, Free All Angels. Not least because we will be joined by the fourth member of Ash, guitarist extraordinaire, all-round Shining Light, the one and only, Charlotte Hatherley. Can. Not. Wait.”

Update: Tickets for all shows are available now.
