Notes:
This was the first Ash single to be released on 2CD Formats: and caused unrest
amongst the band, unhappy at the decision to do some B-sides purely for chart
reasons. Rick didn't arrive for the recording session, so the band got Danny
from Supergrass to do some drumming.
The compromise paid off as the single despite its low chart placing was until Shining Light there biggest selling UK single to date.
CD2 features the album version of Jesus Says, which the band plays live. This version is slightly longer and features swear words at the end. Taken Out was the first Ash song written and sung by guitarist Charlotte Hatherley. The 7" comes with picture sleeve, while the UK promo CD comes in a custom rice paper picture wallet.
