The first single of the upcoming A-Z Series, True Love 1980, will be getting it’s exclusive first air on Steve Lamacq’s 6Music show on Monday 24th August 5:40pm. There will also be a live phone chat from Tim Wheeler.

Many thanks to Justin Spear who informs us that Ash will be appearing ‘in concert’ recorded live from T In The Park on the Gideon Coe show on 6Music next Monday night (29th October) at 10.00pm. Be sure to listen in.

Channel 4’s morning show T4 will be broadcasting a recorded performance of ‘End Of The World’ this Sunday, September 9th at 12.45pm (GMT).

Colin Murray has made Ash’s new single ‘End Of The World’ the Single Of The Week on his Radio 1 show.

Colin is on air Monday-Thursday at 10pm until midnight. This means the bands new single will now get played every night this week on Radio 1 (97-99 FM).

Veteran Irish punk popsters Ash will be appearing on their first ever 4Music presents next Friday (29th June). The band will be showcasing songs from their brilliant forthcoming and final album ‘Twilight of the Innocents’, which is out on Monday 2nd July.

The 35 minutes show will feature a storming five song set, including current single ‘Polaris’, You Can’t Have It All, ‘End Of The World’, ‘Twilight Of The Innocents’ and another classic.

The show is broadcast in the UK Channel 4 on Friday 29th June 2007 at 00:10

Before rushing over to party at Trinity Ball, Ash are in Dublin today to perform ‘You Can’t Have It All’ on The Late Late Show.

Transmission time is 9.30pm (GMT) Friday, May 11th on RTÉ 1.

Ash’s next single ‘Polaris’ has already made it onto BBC Radio 2’s B list. It is currently set for release on Monday 18th June, two weeks before the new album ‘Twilight of the Innocents’. The single has also made it onto the XFM upfront playlist, and should hopefully make it onto the full playlist soon.

Jo Whiley will give Ash’s next single ‘Polaris’ it’s first play exclusive on her Radio 1 show tomorrow (Monday 30th April). ‘Polaris’ is set to be released at the end of June just prior to the release of the bands new album ‘Twilight of the Innocents’ which will follow on July 2nd.
