Ash To Play Reeperbahn Festival
Tuesday, September 4th, 2007
Ash have been added to the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany. The band will be playing a full set on Thursday, September 27 at the D-Club. Biffy Clyro, Hard Fi and Stars are among over a 100 acts who are also playing. Here’s the lowdown.
Over 200 bands performed for more than 10,000 people at the first Reeperbahn Festival in September 2006 - three days of non-stop amazing music in Hamburg clubs on and off the Reeperbahn.
Thanks to the positive media response, the festival has made a name for itself in Germany. Over three evenings, music fans of all ages chose from a wide selection of internationally established bands as well as up-and-coming acts in a variety of musical genres.
Following this brilliant start, the 2007 festival will present more than 100 bands in clubs in close proximity. Tickets are available, just like last year, as 3-, 2- and 1- day passes. Though more concentrated, this year’s festival will still have the top-quality lineup of last year’s. There will be newcomers, of course, along with a great mix of styles and sounds. As in 2006, the 2007 festival will also feature special events in addition to live music.
So get ready to make new discoveries! From September 27 to 29 it’s one highlight after another - and the choice will be yours!
Tickets are priced as follows a three-Day-Pass is 55,00 €, a two-Day-Pass: 38,00 € and finally a one-Day-Pass: 26,00 €. More info can be found the Reeperbahn Festival website.
